Why MVP Zone is the preferred Individual Training and Team Practice Facility:

“Facility Flex” Layout Design & “Batter’s Choice” Equipment:

Most batting cage facilities consist of cages dedicated to either baseball or softball and a predetermined pitch speed with no area available for fielding drills or pitchers/catchers workouts.  Team practices with traditional cage setups usually means batting practice only, no fielding or pitching practice, and players standing idle while waiting for the same speed cage.  This is an inefficient way to have a full team practice with a team’s very limited and highly valued practice time.

Facility Flex:

MVP Zone’s facility layout and pitching machine equipment choice has taken into consideration all of those challenges found in traditional batting cage and practice facilities.  Our Facility Flex layout is designed to enable hitting, pitching and fielding areas simultaneously, by use of retractable nets.  This ensures an efficient and productive practice every time.

Batter’s Choice:

MVP Zone uses the Ultimate Trainer 3000 multi-speed pitching machines.  These machines are unique in that each cage is a dual Baseball/Softball cage with “Batter’s Choice” capabilities. Any batter can go to any cage and quickly push 3 buttons to choose the following:

  • Batter’s Choice 1: Baseball or Softball
  • Batter’s Choice 2: 4 different speeds per cage for either baseball or softball
  • Batter’s Choice 3: Higher or lower pitches based on the individual batter’s needs

The Batter’s Choice feature gets the batter the speed they want, where they want it (high or low) without any assistance or waiting on staff.

If you’re looking for developing more advanced technical hitting skills, or prefer practicing with leather balls rather than cage balls, MVP Zone can meet that need as well with our Hack Attack machines for both baseball and softball.

With a quick turn of the dials you can effortlessly throw major league fastballs, and right and left handed breaking pitches including curveballs, sliders and split fingers. For softball, batters can work on hitting risers, drops, right- and left-handed screwballs up and into the hitters. The elevation adjustment handle will raise or lower the pitch. With a simple turn, you can even move the pitch up or down within the strike zone between pitches.

With MVP Zone’s Batter’s Choice & Facility Flex design there are numerous advantages including:

  • Waiting Times Reduced especially during peak operation hours as each cage can serve both baseball and softball customers and a variety of pitch speeds per cage.
  • Productive and Efficient Team Practices: Facility Flex design enables productive practices.  Our staff can show your team how to optimize your practice with cages, soft-toss machines/drill stations, pitchers/catchers tunnels, and fielding all happening at the same time.
